In the event of the GM's unavailability, you will assume their roles as head of the company within the limits of the powers delegated to you. Activities Assist the GM in developing the strategic plan for SORAC S.A.; Replace the GM in official instances if they are unavailable; Develop, in concert with the Operations Director and the Sales & Marketing Director, the industrial development plan for SORAC S.A.; Ensure the implementation of the company's strategic marketing and industrial plan; Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Operations Department, the Sales & Marketing Department, and the Quality SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Department; Set objectives for the functional Directors and ensure these objectives are met; Chair and lead Industrial and Marketing Committees; Assist the GM in leading the Management Committee, for which you will serve as Vice-President; Ensure communication between the different operational units of the company; Supervise and manage communication with the company's social, technical, and financial partners. Reporting Daily and weekly dashboards; Monthly and quarterly activity reports; Annual reports (Financial Statements, DSF, etc.); Project progress reports. Candidate Profile Education: Engineering degree and MBA/BAC+5 in Business Management (dual competency). Experience: 10 years of experience in a director-level role, including at least 5 years in the agro-industry sector (preferably in palm oil). Have good experience in project and partnership management. Skills: Mastery of technical tools (MS Office, ERP, SCADA, AutoCAD) and the English language. Have good social skills (leadership, communication, and teamwork).
