Property Inspection Manager - Home Fairy Technologies Limited
HomeFairyTech is seeking a property inspection manager to inspect and verify hotels, shortlets, serviced apartments, and event spaces across Abuja before they are listed on our platform. The successful candidate will ensure every property meets our quality, safety, and verification standards while delivering a professional onboarding experience for property owners.

Responsibilities
Conduct physical inspections of hotels, shortlets, serviced apartments, and event spaces applying to join HomeFairyTech. Verify property ownership, location, amenities, and listing information. Assess cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and overall guest readiness. Capture high-quality photos and videos during inspections. Complete detailed digital inspection reports and submit findings promptly. Recommend approval or identify improvements required before properties are listed. Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and managers. Conduct follow-up inspections where necessary. Travel across Abuja to perform scheduled inspections. Ensure all approved properties meet HomeFairyTech’s quality standards.
Requirements
HND in estate management, hospitality management, building technology, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management, hospitality, hotel operations, real estate, or property inspection. Must reside in Abuja.
Skills Required
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple inspections, and meet deadlines. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
