Collaborating closely with our production and creative teams, your responsibilities will include transforming initial concepts into polished, production-ready screenplays. Attention to detail is paramount—you’ll not only write dialogue and structure narratives but also conduct comprehensive research to ensure authenticity and relevance. Your work will involve designing compelling character arcs, structuring dynamic narrative beats, and adhering to industry-standard formatting. The scripts you produce must resonate with our target audience, reflect our brand voice, and support our broader content strategy. Key Responsibilities: – Develop original, high-quality scripts aligned with specific media formats. – Partner with directors, producers, and the creative team to refine story ideas, themes, and character development. – Perform in-depth research to guarantee factual accuracy, realism, and authenticity in every project. – Write sharp, engaging dialogue that propels the plot and aligns with character personalities. – Revise scripts based on feedback from key stakeholders, incorporating insights from script readings. – Maintain narrative consistency and ensure scripts follow professional formatting guidelines. – Manage multiple writing assignments while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Qualifications: – A Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, Film, or a related discipline is strongly preferred. – Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in scriptwriting, screenwriting, or copywriting. – Mastery of narrative structure, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques. – Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, pitch concepts, and incorporate feedback. – Proficiency in scriptwriting software such as Final Draft, Celts, or Fade In. – A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different script types and formats. – Adaptability to adjust writing styles for diverse audiences and evolving project demands.
