We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented scriptwriter to develop engaging narratives for our clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the foundation of our storytelling efforts, shaping original scripts for formats such as YouTube videos, commercials, television, or digital campaigns. Collaborating closely with our production and creative teams, you’ll transform initial concepts into refined, production-ready screenplays. A critical part of this position involves crafting compelling dialogue, pacing narratives effectively, and conducting comprehensive research to ensure authenticity. You will design dynamic character arcs, structure engaging narrative beats, and format all scripts to industry standards. The end goal is to produce scripts that resonate with our audience, reflect our brand voice, and support our broader content strategy. Key Responsibilities: – Script Development: Create high-quality, engaging scripts tailored to specific media formats. – Collaboration: Partner with directors, producers, and the creative team to refine story ideas, themes, and character development. – Research: Perform in-depth research to maintain factual accuracy, realism, and authenticity across all scripts. – Dialogue & Pacing: Write authentic, compelling dialogue that propels the story and aligns with character personalities. – Revisions: Lead script readings, incorporate feedback, and refine drafts to meet stakeholder expectations. – Formatting & Continuity: Uphold consistency in storytelling and ensure all scripts adhere to professional formatting standards. – Project Management: Manage multiple writing projects while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Qualifications: – A bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, Film, or a related field is strongly preferred. – A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a scriptwriter, Screenwriter, or Copywriter is required. – Demonstrated expertise in narrative development, pacing, structure, and visual storytelling. – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas, pitching concepts, and accepting feedback. – Proficiency with scriptwriting software, including Final Draft, Celts, or Fade In. – A strong portfolio featuring a diverse range of scripts or produced work. – Ability to adapt writing styles to suit different audiences and evolving project needs.
