Venn administers multiple surveys to collect critical data for tracking and evaluating Raising the Village (RTV) initiatives. The insights gathered inform program development, resource allocation, and evaluations of organizational outreach. Part-time Data Collectors are integral to field operations, responsible for collecting data and verifying its precision under the direction of the RTV Venn team. They ensure compliance with RTV’s ethical standards and protocols while facilitating survey implementation and enhancing the integrity of collected data. The position entails overseeing key duties and executing essential tasks to drive organizational success. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools. - Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of all assigned data collection equipment—such as tablets, chargers, power banks, and carrying bags—to guarantee their optimal functionality and condition throughout the entire data collection phase. Execute any supplementary duties as directed by the lead RTV personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as are strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget will be highly valued. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements is also required. A bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline is required. Professional experience in data collection and management would be a valuable asset.

Proficient in utilizing Excel and digital data collection tools, with particular expertise in Survey CTO and Survey123. Residing within the specified district would be strongly preferred.
