Background Le stagiaire ICT procure un support technique au personnel du Bureau PNUD Cameroun et des entités suivantes : Projets, Clinique ONU, UNDSS et RCO (Bureau du Coordonnateur Résident ONU), sous la supervision du « ICT Support Associate». Duties and Responsibilities Il (elle) sera appelé(e) à assumer les responsabilités suivantes : a) Installation, Administration et Maintenance Installer/configurer et administrer les infrastructures ICT suivant les normes standards mises en place ; Maintenir, dépanner et réparer les équipements ICT ; Mettre en place et maintenir la sécurité des infrastructures ICT (protection contre les virus, etc.) ; Gérer l'inventaire des équipements ICT Administrer certains logiciels et effectuer leur mise à jour. b) Support Utilisateurs (Helpdesk) Fournir une formation interne ou une assistance au personnel sur l'utilisation des équipements informatiques et les logiciels utilisateurs (Ms Office 365, One Drive, Zoom, etc.) Apporter un support lors des réunions/téléconférences/vidéoconférences organisées via Zoom & Ms Teams (installation des équipements informatiques, etc.) Effectuées d'autres tâches requises Competencies Être capable de travailler en équipe - Bonne qualités relationnelles - Être dynamique et enthousiaste. Capacité à rédiger des rapports et documenter son travail Partage des valeurs de respect, professionnalisme et d'intégrité - Pouvoir travailler de manière efficiente dans un environnement multiculturel. Required Skills and Experience Education: Être inscrit en licence ou Master en informatique est requis Avoir récemment (moins d'un an) obtenu un diplôme universitaire (tel que défini au point (a) ci-dessus) ; est requis Experience: Bonne connaissance du support technique aux utilisateurs Maitrise des systèmes et programmes Microsoft (Windows 10, Ms Office 365/client de messagerie Ms Outlook/One Drive, Ms SharePoint etc.) est un atout Bonne connaissance des outils de visioconférence Zoom et Ms Teams est un atout Bonne connaissance de la sécurité informatique y compris le système pare-feu et la protection antivirus, des procédures de sauvegarde et récupération de données en cas de désastre. Est un atout Bonne connaissance des matériels et logiciels des ordinateurs ainsi que des techniques d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
