We’re looking for an experienced, design-focused Webflow Developer to join our fully remote team, either as a full-time hire or on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll act as the technical bridge between design and development, converting meticulously crafted Figma mockups into high-performing, pixel-perfect Webflow websites optimized for conversions. As the lead technical contributor for our marketing and product websites, you’ll oversee complete site builds, advanced animations, scalable CMS structures, and smooth third-party integrations. Responsibilities include designing and developing fully responsive websites and landing pages from the ground up in Webflow, collaborating with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to accurately translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into polished Webflow implementations, building and maintaining dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable, well-organized content, writing and implementing clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend native Webflow capabilities, auditing and optimizing sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO to drive organic growth and conversions, integrating third-party tools, APIs, and analytics platforms (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM systems) to enhance functionality and tracking, performing rigorous cross-device and cross-browser testing to ensure flawless user experiences pre- and post-launch, and maintaining site security, updating plugins and scripts, and proactively diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Requirements include 3–5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, ideally within a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup setting, advanced expertise in Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions, a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, typography, and responsive design, fluency in Figma, strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills with the ability to inject custom scripts for advanced functionality, familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks like Client-First or Resume, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, proven experience working independently in a distributed team using tools like Slack and Zoom, and a strong portfolio featuring live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before-and-after design comparisons.
