Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager to ensure precise, detailed data capture. You will dissect web traffic patterns, user interactions, and conversion pathways to uncover opportunities for optimization. Additionally, you will design and oversee user-friendly dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau) to monitor key performance indicators for stakeholders. Collaboration with marketing and development teams will be essential to plan and implement A/B and multivariate tests aimed at refining user experience and boosting conversion rates. Regular audits of tracking implementations will be conducted to identify and resolve data discrepancies or technical issues. Proactive, evidence-based recommendations will be provided to enhance digital marketing efficiency and maximize return on investment. Candidates must possess 3–5 years of practical experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is required. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is advantageous. Demonstrated skill in data interpretation, trend analysis, and crafting compelling data narratives is essential. Basic HTML/JavaScript knowledge is preferred for tag implementation purposes. A stable, high-speed internet connection—paired with a reliable backup supply—is mandatory. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment are also required.
