VIA - ABIDJAN - CHARGE-E D'AFFAIRES FINANCEMENT MAS (CORPORATE) - PROPARCO - H/F, Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire Organization: Agence Française de Développement (AFD) Country: Côte d'Ivoire City: Abidjan Office: AFD Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire La Direction Régionale de Proparco pour l'AFrique de l'Ouest souhaite recruter un ou une VIA Chargé(e) d'affaires Financement MAS à Abidjan, qui sera rattaché(e) au Directeur régional Afrique de l'Ouest et à son Responsable Corporate, basés à Abidjan. Le poste, basé à Abidjan, aura vocation à couvrir les pays de la région, et nécessitera des déplacements. Mission(s) Principale(s) : Ce poste aura vocation à (i) développer l'activité d'origination sur les secteurs MAS (ii) instruire les dossiers de financement des PMEs et négocier la documentation de financement avec les clients et (iii) réaliser le suivi d'un portefeuille de financements et accompagner les clients dans leurs projets de développement. Activités : Identifier de nouvelles opérations MAS dans la région Identifier les opérations en dette corporate auprès des clients existants de PROPARCO ; Démarcher de nouveaux prospects potentiels pour PROPARCO ; Rédiger une Fiche d'Identification de Projet, pour soumission à l'équipe MAS, négocier et signer les termes du mandat ; Structurer les opérations envisagées et rédiger une offre correspondante (Lettre d'Intérêt, Term Sheet) en lien avec l'équipe MAS au siège et négocier cette proposition avec les prospects et partenaires sur place. Suivre et accompagner les clients existants de PROPARCO Maintenir un dialogue permanent avec les clients de PROPARCO ; Contribuer au plan de développement des clients de PROPARCO (mise en relation des partenaires du groupe AFD,
