The UNICEF is seeking a Consultancy Consultant for a 12-month position in Niamey, Niger, focused on developing and implementing a database for the Unified Social Registry. The consultant will enhance the Rapid Response Mechanism platform and strengthen data management systems to support humanitarian and social protection interventions. This role requires a commitment to UNICEF's mission of serving children and communities worldwide. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in data management and analysis Fluent in French and good knowledge of English Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and Django framework Good knowledge of KoBoToolbox, QGIS/ArcGIS, Power BI Familiarity with Angular or React is desirable Knowledge of Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, or other CSS frameworks Experience in mobile development (Ionic, React Native, Flutter) is a plus Technical expertise in data entry, storage, analysis, and information presentation
