] Magellan Group, agence de promotion des voyages d'études, d'affaires et de tourisme à l'étranger, recrute un Community Manager pour la gestion des pages Facebook et TikTok du Groupe au Congo et en République démocratique du Congo.
Poste basé à Brazzaville ou à Kinshasa.

- Gérer et animer les pages Facebook et TikTok de Magellan Group Congo et RDC
- Créer du contenu engageant (posts, vidéos, stories, reels, lives)
- Planifier et publier les contenus selon le calendrier éditorial
- Interagir avec la communauté et répondre aux messages et commentaires
- Suivre les performances et proposer des actions d'amélioration
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie digitale et des campagnes en ligne
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et marketing pour promouvoir les services et événements du Groupe

- Bac+2/3 en Communication, Marketing ou domaine équivalent
- Expérience d'au moins 1 an en gestion de réseaux sociaux (Facebook, TikTok obligatoire)
- Excellente maîtrise de la création de contenu (vidéo et visuel)
- Bonne connaissance des tendances digitales et des outils de création
- Rédaction fluide en français (la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout)
- Créatif(ve), réactif(ve), organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats
- Autonome, force de proposition et capable de travailler sous pression
[COMPÉTENCES CLÉS]
Maîtrise de Facebook Insights et TikTok Analytics, montage vidéo (CapCut, Canva, etc.), rédaction web et storytelling, stratégie de contenu et community management, veille concurrentielle et analyse de performance.
