KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Stakeholder Engagement and Correspondence Act as the central liaison for the Company’s interactions with global shareholders, investors, partners, and multilateral stakeholders, overseeing all related correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up actions. Visits, Missions and Meetings Plan, coordinate, and facilitate both inbound and outbound visits, missions, and meetings with international stakeholders, overseeing all logistical aspects, developing detailed itineraries, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring proper protocol arrangements. Investor-Facing Communications Prepare investor-facing communications and publicity materials—such as briefing notes, presentations, talking points, and background packs—for an international investor audience, ensuring they meet the highest standards of clarity and professionalism. Positioning and Messaging Assist in maintaining the Company’s global brand positioning and communication strategy by collaborating internally to guarantee uniform external messaging across all international channels. A minimum of a Grade Twelve equivalency, with credits or better in five subjects, including Mathematics and English, is required. A bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a closely related discipline is required.
