The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting goods to customers and partner locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily tasks include loading and unloading products, verifying delivery documentation, and ensuring items are handled with care. The role involves communicating with customers and colleagues, resolving basic delivery issues, and reporting any delays, incidents, or vehicle concerns. The Delivery Driver is also expected to follow all traffic and safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized vehicle, and support warehouse or loading activities as needed. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills for professional, courteous interactions with clients and colleagues. Ability to use or learn Forklift Operation safely for loading and unloading goods when required. Experience in Training or willingness to be trained and follow standard operating procedures. Basic Sales and Food & Beverage knowledge beneficial for deliveries to retail or hospitality clients. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with Kigali routes. Ability to lift and move packages safely, and stand or sit for extended periods. Reliable time management, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and company policies. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation is an advantage.
