** Un IT Officer installe, maintient et résout les problèmes de l'infrastructure technologique d'une organisation. Il gère le matériel/logiciel, maintient les réseaux, protège les données et fournit un support direct aux utilisateurs.
Missions :
Installer, configurer et maintenir le matériel informatique, les logiciels et les réseaux.
Résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels, y compris les ordinateurs de bureau, portables, imprimantes et serveurs.
Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs, y compris le dépannage et la résolution de problèmes informatiques.
Assurer la sécurité des systèmes informatiques, y compris la sauvegarde des données, la protection antivirus et les contrôles d'accès.
Gérer et surveiller l'infrastructure réseau, y compris les routeurs, commutateurs, pare-feu et VPN.
Mettre en œuvre et appliquer les politiques, procédures et normes informatiques pour garantir la conformité et la sécurité.
Évaluer et recommander de nouvelles technologies, outils et solutions pour améliorer l'efficacité et la productivité.
Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour comprendre les besoins et exigences informatiques.
