Develop, execute, and oversee the monitoring of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, procedures, and safe systems of work to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Organize and deliver comprehensive training sessions focused on first aid, fire safety protocols, accident prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures to ensure workplace safety and preparedness. Lead incident investigations, analyze accident causes thoroughly, and institute corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Oversee both internal and external audits, manage statutory inspections, and develop comprehensive compliance reports to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies. Contractor Oversight: Verify that contractors adhere to established SHE policies and fulfill all statutory obligations. Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response protocols, with a specific focus on conducting regular fire drills to ensure readiness and compliance.
Environmental Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sustainability initiatives to foster responsible environmental stewardship. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; relevant certifications such as Compton A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable technical role, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Strong communication skills for interacting with end-users and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, engineering, or a closely related field is required. Professional credentials in health, safety, and environmental management—such as BOSH, JOSH, or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor certifications—are advantageous. Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to seven years of specialized experience in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or utilities industries.
