POS Auditor

Jubaili Agrotec Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical POS Auditor to join our team. If you have a passion for auditing, financial reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, this could be the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of company Points of Sale (POS). Reconcile customer statements, sales statements, invoices, cash collections, and other financial records. Verify compliance with company policies and internal controls. Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and prepare audit reports with recommendations. Verify stock movements, transfers, returns, and cash handling procedures. Visit customers to confirm account balances and transaction records. Travel extensively to branches and customer locations to perform field audits. Work closely with Finance, Sales, Stores, and Operations to strengthen internal controls. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a POS Auditor (mandatory). Strong understanding of audit principles, reconciliations, and internal controls. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. High attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative abilities. Honest, professional, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel frequently across Zambia.
