Participe au suivi, au contrôle et à l'amélioration des opérations bancaires réalisées par le réseau d'agences. Il contribue à la qualité des traitements opérationnels, au respect des procédures internes, à la maîtrise des risques opérationnels. Responsabilités : assurer le suivi quotidien des opérations bancaires réalisées par les agences ; vérifier la régularité des opérations transmises par le réseau ; participer au traitement des suspens et des anomalies opérationnelles ; assister au traitement des réclamations opérationnelles ; effectuer les contrôles de premier niveau sur les opérations ; participer au suivi des fonctionnalités du système d'information ; appuyer les missions ponctuelles confiées par le Département des Opérations. Formation & Expérience : BTS, Licence ou Master en Banque, Finance, Comptabilité, Audit, Gestion ou Économie ; une première expérience (stage ou projet académique) dans le secteur bancaire ou de la microfinance constitue un atout. .
