We enhance access to family planning services in the communities of Masada and Galangal districts through several key initiatives: delivering low-density, high-frequency certificate training to healthcare workers; establishing outreach clinics in remote areas; fostering demand through partnerships with community health workers (VHTs); and minimizing commodity stock outs by supplying buffer stocks and enhancing commodity tracking at partner health facilities. Oversee a comprehensive set of duties and obligations central to this role, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to organizational standards. Lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and foster collaboration to achieve key performance indicators. Drive process optimization, maintain meticulous documentation, and uphold regulatory compliance across all operations. With a minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience, preferably gained within nongovernmental or nonprofit organizations operating in Uganda.
- Proven expertise in performing comprehensive HR audits and designing or updating HR policies and employee manuals.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of the Uganda Employment Act (2006), NSSF regulations, PAYE, and other relevant labor and tax legislation. Proficiency in formulating or enhancing Safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) policies is considered a valuable asset.
