• Collaborate with both the Seed country team and the Global MEL team to develop, refine, and maintain Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning Plans. Our team is responsible for overseeing the nation’s measurement systems, guaranteeing the generation of rigorous, timely, and relevant data to accurately assess Seed’s worldwide influence. Collaborate with the country team and external partners to develop and execute essential partnership measurement initiatives. • Ensure data collection and reporting systems are coordinated with institutional data requirements as well as national Health Management Information System (HIS) data and tools. To ensure transparency and accountability, you will present indicator outcomes to Seed Global, donors, partners, and stakeholders, enabling them to monitor progress in alignment with the MEL plan.
