Coffee Farm Operations Worker
Flyland Group Ltd recrute des travailleurs opérationnels pour sa ferme de café. Nous recherchons des candidats travailleurs et fiables pour rejoindre notre équipe. Les candidats retenus assisteront aux opérations quotidiennes de la ferme, notamment la plantation, l'entretien des cultures, la récolte et le traitement post-récolte. C'est une excellente opportunité pour les personnes qui aiment le travail en extérieur et qui sont déterminées à produire du café de haute qualité.
Qualifications minimales : Certificat
Expérience : Niveau débutant, 2 ans d'expérience
Langue : Anglais
Type de contrat : Contrat à durée déterminée, horaires flexibles
Localisation : Ouganda
Salaire : Moins de 300 000 USh, négociable
Responsabilités clés :
Planter, arroser, fertiliser et entretenir les cultures de café.
Désherber les champs et participer à la lutte contre les ravageurs et les maladies.
Tailler les caféiers pour favoriser une croissance saine et une productivité optimale.
Récolter les cerises de café mûres selon les normes de qualité.
Trier, laver, sécher et transformer le café récolté.
Utiliser et entretenir les outils et équipements agricoles de base.
Suivre les procédures de sécurité et les normes de qualité de la ferme.
Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à la ferme selon les besoins.
