The primary duties for this position include: The engineering team is organized daily in alignment with the work schedule to manage scheduled maintenance tasks and address both guest requests and emergency situations. Oversee the engineering team to ensure the efficient and successful fulfillment of their responsibilities. Collaborate with various operational departments to provide them with the necessary engineering assistance required for fulfilling their responsibilities. Ensure the hotel’s air conditioning, water, and fire safety systems are inspected and maintained in compliance with established standards. Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure the seamless operation of their equipment on a daily basis. Oversee the performance of external contractors acting on behalf of the hotel.
