Le PNUD Togo recrute un(e) chargé(e) des achats pour renforcer son équipe opérationnelle. Le titulaire du poste conseillera la haute direction sur la gestion et les opérations du bureau, en veillant à l'efficacité des services d'approvisionnement et de logistique. Il/elle supervisera également la gestion des ressources financières et humaines, tout en garantissant la conformité aux politiques institutionnelles. Diplôme universitaire de niveau supérieur en administration, finance ou domaine connexe Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de services de conseil ou systèmes opérationnels Expérience en gestion des ressources humaines, achats, TIC ou administration Compétences en gestion des risques et conformité Maîtrise du français et de l’Ewé, bonne connaissance de l'anglais souhaitée
