Missions :
Tenir des registres financiers précis et des transactions comptables à l'aide de Tally ERP.
Préparer des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
Examiner et analyser les comptes du grand livre général pour garantir leur exactitude et leur exhaustivité.
Effectuer des rapprochements de comptes réguliers, y compris les comptes bancaires, fournisseurs et clients.
Préparer et enregistrer les écritures de journal et les écritures d'ajustement dans Tally ERP.
Coordonner la préparation des audits en compilant et en fournissant la documentation financière requise.
Assurer la conformité en temps voulu avec toutes les obligations fiscales et légales, y compris le dépôt et le versement des taxes applicables.
Enquêter et résoudre rapidement les écarts comptables.
Soutenir les processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle.
Tenir des dossiers financiers organisés et recommander des améliorations aux processus comptables.
Effectuer toute autre tâche financière et comptable assignée.
Diplôme de licence en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
La qualification CPA(K) ou une progression vers la certification est un atout supplémentaire.
Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle comptable, avec une expérience pratique de l'utilisation de Tally ERP.
Solide connaissance des principes comptables, des rapports financiers et des réglementations fiscales et légales kenyanes.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et des autres applications Microsoft Office.
Excellentes compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et de résolution de problèmes.
Grande attention aux détails et haut niveau d'intégrité.
