Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about available meals and services. Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries and orders where applicable. Assist with basic front-desk and customer records. Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to the Supervisor when necessary. Maintain a neat and welcoming reception/front-of-house area.
