The Lead Generation and Management Officer is responsible for identifying, attracting, qualifying, and managing prospective customers to support business growth. The officer develops and implements lead generation strategies, maintains an organized customer database, nurtures leads through the sales pipeline, and collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, referrals, networking events, field activities, and market research.
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to increase the sales pipeline.
Generate qualified leads that meet the company's target customer profile.
Build strategic partnerships and referral networks to increase business opportunities.
Conduct cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and other prospecting activities.
Lead Management
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead database using CRM software or other tracking systems.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel.
Monitor the progress of leads throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects until they are ready for conversion.

Track lead generation performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads generated, conversion rates, and sales opportunities.
Analyse campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field.
Professional certification in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management is an added advantage.
Expérience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation, sales, business development, marketing, or customer relationship management.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in digital marketing or social media lead generation is an added advantage.
