** Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste de Contrôle des Stocks I, soucieux(se) du détail, pour soutenir les activités de gestion des stocks, la planification des expéditions et l'analyse de la disponibilité des produits. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) contribuera à maintenir des niveaux de stocks optimaux, à préparer des rapports et à garantir des processus de contrôle des stocks efficaces.
Responsabilités principales :
Planifier et réviser les calendriers d'expédition pour assurer une distribution efficace des produits et répondre aux exigences des clients. Analyser les niveaux de stocks, les taux de production et la demande des produits pour déterminer les niveaux de réapprovisionnement appropriés. Soutenir les efforts d'optimisation des stocks afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits tout en minimisant les coûts de stockage. Préparer des rapports de stocks et tenir à jour des enregistrements précis des stocks. Effectuer des inventaires tournants et soutenir les rapprochements périodiques des stocks. Participer aux activités d'évaluation des actifs et à l'analyse courante des stocks. Utiliser les systèmes ERP et Microsoft Excel pour le suivi et le reporting des stocks. Suivre les procédures de contrôle des stocks établies et apporter un soutien aux superviseurs/gestionnaires selon les besoins.

Expérience ou connaissance du contrôle des stocks, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de la logistique ou de fonctions connexes. Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel. Expérience de l'utilisation de systèmes ERP. Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail. Capacité à analyser des données et à préparer des rapports précis. Capacité à travailler sous supervision tout en suivant des procédures définies.
