Guide to staff members through the details of their benefits package and ensure its proper administration. Monthly, the incumbent is tasked with updating and distributing staff lists to the Office of Operations (OOP). Responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process, this role involves identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels. Additionally, it requires conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and cultural fit, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes and enhance recruitment strategies is also essential. In collaboration with hiring managers, this role involves launching and overseeing recruitment requests and hiring processes in strict adherence to alight’s established recruitment policies. Responsibilities include drafting and publishing job advertisements for all open positions across suitable platforms to ensure maximum and targeted visibility. Maintain a structured recruitment resource database and regularly communicate updates regarding recruitment status to relevant stakeholders. Conduct all required recruitment verification processes and maintain documentation on file, including background checks and Sam.Bridger checks. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining full compliance with all statutory regulations is a key responsibility. This role involves meticulous attention to detail to verify the precision of salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit allocations.
