A fast growing Oil Marketing Company in Ghana, invites applications from suitably qualified, results‑driven, professionals to fill the position of a Marketing Manager.
Role Purpose
The marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and brand strategies to drive volume growth, market share expansions, product acquisition, and brand visibility in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to increase fuel volumes and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, including lands for filling stations, JVs, B2B customers, and other strategic partnerships.
- Lead brand positioning, promotions, advertising, and corporate communications initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs across retail and commercial segments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless delivery of value propositions.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Supervise and develop the marketing and sales team to achieve set targets.
## 🧠 Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).
## 💼 Expérience
- Minimum of 5–10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Oil & Gas, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the downstream petroleum market in Ghana.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and brand development.
