The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth within the Northern Region and surrounding territories. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products ethically and in compliance with regulatory standards while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, and key stakeholders.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional calendar.
  • Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals, Clinics).
  • Organize product launches, medical presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to drive revenue targets.
  • Support distributor engagement and retail pharmacy expansion.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical marketing standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation for promotional approvals.
  • Coordinate with regulatory affairs where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare product promotion.
  • Proven track record in regional market development.
  • Experience working with hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
