Job Description Duties and Responsibilities To gauge the influence and track customer experience at each touchpoint To measure compliance with customer service SOPs within our company, and identify areas for improvement. To identify product and service gaps and inform the departmental manager for product/service enhancement investments. To identify and understand customer needs to serve customers better. Increase customer satisfaction by obtaining timely company and customer feedback. Build customer trust by identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences. Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered Document processes and log technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints. Sample customer feedback from all branches daily, monthly, quarterly, biannually, and yearly. Manage the company’s mobile services by selling products and services at the door step of customers. Responsible for the achievement of mobile service revenue target Work at branches to support operations. Any other task(s) the Business Development Manager assigns. Required Skills or Experience Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in same or similar role Experience in customer experience, customer service, account management, or a similar role. Comfortable engaging customers in-person, remotely, and through mobile/home service visits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM systems and digital tools. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused.
