Vacant Positions Position Number of Vacancies Earthwork Foreman (2) Grader Operator (2) Dozer Operator (1) Mechanic (2) Surveyor (2) Laboratory Technician (1) Position Requirements Earthwork Foreman (2 Positions)

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in road construction.
• Good knowledge of road construction workflows, site management, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and effectively supervise and coordinate local workers. Surveyor (2 Positions)
• Diploma or Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in road surveying.
• Proficient in the operation of Total Station, Level, GPS, and other survey equipment.
• Capable of setting out works, survey calculations, data recording, and familiar with road surveying standards. Laboratory Technician (1 Position)
• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction materials testing.
• Ability to conduct laboratory tests on soil, aggregates, cement, concrete, and other road construction materials.
• Proficient in laboratory equipment operation, test record keeping, and report preparation.
• Strong communication skills, a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to work outdoors. Grader Operator (2 Positions)
• Valid Grader Operator Certificate or Licence.
• Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience operating graders on road construction projects.
• Skilled in road sub grade preparation and pavement leveling.
• Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and comply with site safety requirements. Dozer Operator (1 Position)
• Valid Dozer Operator Licence.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in earth moving and site clearing operations.
• Ability to carry out routine equipment maintenance and work safely in outdoor construction environments. Mechanic (2 Positions)
• Relevant qualification in Heavy Equipment or Engineering Machinery Maintenance.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience maintaining and repairing road construction machinery, including graders, dozers, and transport vehicles.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and replace spare parts efficiently. Salary & Benefits
