- Laboratory Technician (1 poste)Exigences par poste :
Earthwork Foreman (2 postes) : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que contremaître dans la construction routière. Bonne connaissance des workflows de construction routière, de la gestion de site et des réglementations de sécurité. Capacité à lire des dessins de construction de base et à superviser et coordonner efficacement les travailleurs locaux.
Surveyor (2 postes) : Diplôme ou certificat en topographie, génie civil ou discipline connexe. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en topographie routière. Maîtrise de l'utilisation de la station totale, du niveau, du GPS et autres équipements de topographie. Capable d'effectuer l'implantation des ouvrages, les calculs topographiques, l'enregistrement des données et familier avec les normes de topographie routière.
Laboratory Technician (1 poste) : Diplôme ou certificat en génie civil, essais de matériaux de construction ou domaine connexe. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans les essais de matériaux de construction. Capacité à effectuer des tests en laboratoire sur le sol, les granulats, le ciment, le béton et autres matériaux de construction routière. Maîtrise de l'équipement de laboratoire, tenue des registres d'essais et préparation de rapports. Solides compétences en communication, haut niveau de responsabilité, souci du détail et volonté de travailler en extérieur.
Grader Operator (2 postes) : Certificat ou licence valide d'opérateur de niveleuse. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience pratique dans l'opération de niveleuses sur des projets de construction routière. Compétent dans la préparation de la plate-forme de la route et le nivellement de la chaussée. Capacité à effectuer l'entretien courant de l'équipement et à respecter les exigences de sécurité du site.
Dozer Operator (1 poste) : Licence valide d'opérateur de bouteur. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans les opérations de terrassement et de dégagement de site. Capacité à effectuer l'entretien courant de l'équipement et à travailler en toute sécurité dans des environnements de construction extérieurs.
Mechanic (2 postes) : Qualification pertinente en entretien d'équipements lourds ou de machines de génie civil. Minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans l'entretien et la réparation de machines de construction routière, y compris niveleuses, bouteurs et véhicules de transport. Capacité à diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques, effectuer la maintenance préventive et remplacer les pièces de rechange efficacement.

- Diploma or Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in road surveying.
- Proficient in the operation of Total Station, Level, GPS, and other survey equipment.
- Capable of setting out works, survey calculations, data recording, and familiar with road surveying standards. Laboratory Technician (1 Position)
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction materials testing.
- Ability to conduct laboratory tests on soil, aggregates, cement, concrete, and other road construction materials.
- Proficient in laboratory equipment operation, test record keeping, and report preparation.
- Strong communication skills, a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to work outdoors. Grader Operator (2 Positions)
- Valid Grader Operator Certificate or Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience operating graders on road construction projects.
- Skilled in road sub grade preparation and pavement leveling.
- Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and comply with site safety requirements. Dozer Operator (1 Position)
- Valid Dozer Operator Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in earth moving and site clearing operations.
- Ability to carry out routine equipment maintenance and work safely in outdoor construction environments. Mechanic (2 Positions)
- Relevant qualification in Heavy Equipment or Engineering Machinery Maintenance.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience maintaining and repairing road construction machinery, including graders, dozers, and transport vehicles.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and replace spare parts efficiently. Salary & Benefits
