Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme supérieur (Master, Licence ou équivalent) en Finance, Banque, Commerce International, Économie ou domaine connexe.
- Connaissance approfondie de la réglementation bancaire et des changes en RDC. Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des procédures de change, de la réglementation de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC) et des opérations Import-Export.
- Capacité à valider des déclarations de change complexes et à analyser des documents de transport.
Autres informations
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques bancaires et des techniques de reporting.

Responsabilités
- Rigueur absolue et sens élevé des responsabilités.
- Leadership et capacité à superviser et coordonner une équipe de guichet.
- Excellente organisation et capacité à respecter des délais stricts.

Expérience
- Expérience significative (niveau Maîtrise) exigée en back-office bancaire, en gestion des opérations de change ou en commerce international, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou financier. Instructions
