Définir et communiquer la stratégie et les objectifs de performance tout en veillant à maximiser la productivité sur les itinéraires grâce à la formation, à l'analyse et au retour d'information périodique sur les données de performance.
Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction de la station de livraison AMZL (sous le toit, UTR) pour établir et maintenir des normes de contrôle qualité.
Identifier et mener de manière proactive des initiatives d'amélioration des processus et des outils Lean.
Coordination interfonctionnelle et suivi des tâches.
Communication entre différents domaines pour assurer l'alignement des objectifs et des tâches afin de garantir le succès global du programme.
Planification stratégique et prévisions pour évaluer les performances et résoudre les problèmes.
Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets complexes.
Gestion et exécution de projets interfonctionnels ou de composants de grands programmes, y compris la collecte, la manipulation et l'analyse de données, les approches prospectives de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et la communication d'informations et de recommandations.
Créer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de notre réseau de transport qui offrent des produits flexibles et efficaces pour nos clients.
Veiller à ce que les procédures de sécurité, de sûreté des bâtiments et de prévention des pertes de produits soient respectées.

Licence ou équivalent.
3 ans d'expérience en gestion des employés et des performances.
Capacité à travailler selon un horaire/quart/zones flexibles, y compris les week-ends, les nuits et/ou les jours fériés.
Parler, écrire et lire couramment l'anglais.
7 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
Qualifications préférées :
1 an d'expérience en indicateurs de performance, amélioration des processus ou techniques Lean.
