Operations Manager
Nous recrutons un Operations Manager pour un lodge de luxe. Ce poste est à temps plein et requiert un diplôme de niveau BA/BSc/HND.

En plus des opérations, nous couvrons également tous les domaines des fonctions support au siège tels que le marketing, les ventes et la gestion de comptes, etc.
Missions
Vous dirigerez les équipes de housekeeping, maintenance, boutique safari, night porter et bien-être. Vous offrirez des expériences clients exceptionnelles et superviserez les opérations quotidiennes du lodge. Vous soutiendrez les chefs de département et interviendrez en tant que Lodge Manager si nécessaire. Vous piloterez la formation des équipes, l'excellence opérationnelle et l'efficacité des coûts. Vous maintiendrez les plus hauts standards d'hospitalité de luxe et de durabilité.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience avérée en gestion d'opérations dans un lodge de luxe ou dans l'hôtellerie. Vous possédez de solides compétences en leadership et en relations clients, d'excellentes capacités d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'une passion pour l'excellence du service et le mentorat des équipes.
