The Logistics and Procurement Officer will support the smooth operation of logistics and purchasing activities by managing transportation, customs clearance, vendor relationships, procurement documentation, and supply chain coordination. Logistics Management
Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and delivery of medical equipment to clients and partner institutions. Manage importation processes including: customs documentation, shipment coordination, liaison with regulatory authorities for customs clearance. Monitor shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery of medical devices and healthcare supplies. Ensure compliance with healthcare logistics regulations, safety standards, and transportation protocols. Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment reports, and delivery documentation.
Procurement Management
Identify and engage reliable suppliers and vendors of: medical equipment, spare parts, medical consumables. Prepare: tender documents, requests for quotations (RFQs), procurement documentation.
