Key outputs and responsibilities Packaging process operation The Packaging Operator will oversee the packaging process with precision and efficiency, ensuring optimal performance at all times. Primary duties involve: During start-up, shutdown, and routine operations, you will manage and oversee machine functions to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established procedures.

• Managing waste during packaging operations.
• Carrying out brand and pack changes.
• Monitoring production process performance.
• Controlling inputs during the production process.
• Taking corrective action when required.
• Responding quickly to out-of-control situations. Ability to work shifts. Minimum requirements Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: A degree or diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Qualifications essential for this position include holding a valid trade test certificate in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines. Skilled in operating within packaging process environments, with hands-on experience ensuring efficient and compliant packaging operations.
