Contexte : Nyakayojo Sacco Ltd est une institution membre et contrôlée par ses membres, enregistrée sous les lois coopératives de l'Ouganda (Reg. NO 7093). Elle est située sur la route Mbarara – Kabale, au mile 7.

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree en comptabilité, finance, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe, délivré par une institution reconnue. Le titre de CPA est un atout supplémentaire.
Âge : 30-40 ans.
Expérience : Expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans. Une expérience dans les institutions de microfinance ou les SACCOs est un atout supplémentaire.
Compétences supplémentaires : Maîtrise des outils informatiques indispensable. Connaissance des réglementations du secteur et des normes comptables. Haut niveau d'éthique et d'indépendance. Capacité à utiliser des outils d'audit et des données. Solides compétences analytiques et connaissance du secteur.
