We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Technical Site Supervisor- Paint and Coating
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Quantity surveyor in the preparation of bill of quantities, material schedule and interim valuation of work done on site.
Carryout physical measurement for valuation of work done and Supervision of ongoing works.
Take inventory of materials supplied and used on site
Assist the Senior Quantity surveyor to carry out tender analysis.
Preparation of detailed progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).
Receiving of materials and taking material stock.
Monitor the cost and use of company resources.
Inspect and compute the value of completed work and projects.
