The Data Analyst – Pilots and Innovation will be tasked with producing actionable insights to guide strategic choices within Raising The Village’s Innovation, Pilot, and Restricted Project Portfolio. This position will operate under the Data Insights and Innovation unit within the VENN Department, functioning as a pivotal link between data analysis, research initiatives, program execution, and high-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will assist in developing the design, evaluation, and learning framework to pilot initiatives and restricted projects. They will be tasked with converting data into practical recommendations, performing analytical research, advising on experimental methodologies, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, and determining whether interventions should be expanded, modified, or terminated based on findings.
