The Data Analyst – Pilots and Innovation will develop evidence-based insights to guide strategic choices within Raising The Village’s Innovation, Pilot, and Restricted Project Portfolio. This position operates within the Data Insights and Innovation unit of the VENN Department, acting as a liaison among data, research, program execution, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, evaluating, and refining the strategic framework for pilot programs and limited-scope initiatives. They will be tasked with converting data into practical, results-driven insights, performing in-depth analytical research, and offering guidance on experimental methodologies. Additionally, they will pinpoint potential enhancements, assess the viability of interventions, and determine whether they should be expanded, modified, or terminated based on evidence.
