ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Primary Responsibility: Execute daily HSEQ functions and deliver specialized technical assistance to facilitate the successful implementation of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality management systems. Develop, organize, and execute HSEQ campaigns, training initiatives, and awareness programs with the goal of fostering a robust safety culture. Coordinate both internal and external audits focused on Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) to facilitate the planning, implementation, and documentation phases, as well as the resolution of corrective actions. This role ensures adherence to legal mandates, customer specifications, and corporate policies throughout the audit lifecycle. Monitor, oversee, and document adherence to HSEQ standards, systematically evaluating compliance and promptly flagging and escalating any deviations to mitigate risks and enhance overall performance. Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, leading the process to accurately determine underlying root causes. Subsequently, develop and enforce corrective and preventive measures to mitigate future risks and enhance safety protocols. Perform comprehensive workplace evaluations, including inspections, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring, to systematically detect potential hazards and propose appropriate corrective measures. Maintain accurate HSEQ records, reports, and statutory documentation while ensuring full compliance with both company policies and applicable regulatory standards. Support emergency preparedness efforts by conducting drills, developing response plans, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver HSEQ expertise and assistance to operational personnel, contractors, and key stakeholders to guarantee the secure completion of routine tasks. Monitor HSEQ performance metrics and compile monthly reports to facilitate data-driven management decisions and ongoing enhancements. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
