Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas
Primary Responsibility: Execute daily HSEQ functions while delivering specialized technical assistance to uphold the seamless operation of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality management systems.
Develop, organize, and execute HSEQ campaigns, training initiatives, and awareness programs with the goal of fostering a robust safety culture throughout the organization.
Coordinate internal and external HSEQ audits by facilitating planning, conducting execution, compiling reporting, and overseeing the close-out of corrective actions to verify adherence to legal, customer, and company standards.
Monitor, oversee, and document adherence to HSEQ standards while proactively detecting and escalating any deviations to mitigate risks and enhance operational performance.
Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures to ensure sustained safety improvements.
Perform comprehensive workplace inspections, conduct detailed risk assessments, and oversee compliance monitoring to proactively identify potential hazards and propose effective corrective measures.
Ensure all HSEQ records, reports, and statutory documentation are accurately maintained in compliance with both company policies and applicable regulatory standards.
Conduct emergency preparedness activities by organizing and overseeing drills, developing response plans, and leading continuous improvement efforts.
Deliver HSEQ leadership and assistance to operational teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the safe execution of daily operations.
Monitor key HSEQ performance metrics and generate monthly reports to facilitate management decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Education, Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required.
Advanced computer skills and expertise in data management are essential requirements for this position.
Knowledge of Risk Assessment.
Seasoned in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards, with comprehensive experience in their implementation and application.
Proven expertise in crafting well-structured, clear, and professional written reports.
