Floor Manager Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 1 - 2 years Location Abuja Job Field Administration / Secretarial   Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month Job Summary: The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring effective management of the floor they are assigned to security coordination, guest reception, operational oversight within designated areas, particularly the Managing Director’s (MD’s) office and pro-activeness in mitigating against issues before they are escalated. Overall you maintain order, the facility, ensure a secure, professional and a well-organized work environment Duties & Responsibilities : Ensure adequate and appropriate security coverage within designated areas, with particular focus on the Managing Director’s office and your assigned floor(s) and or areas. Coordinate and manage general protocol activities, including the reception, guidance and control of guests, clients, and potential clients access Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries on your floor to the appropriate office or personnel Supervise the maintenance of the floor to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with organizational standards. Manage appointments and schedules on assigned floors Oversee and manage blue collar staff conduct and professionalism assigned to your designated floor, address day to day activities and welfare-related issues as required. Identify, document, report procurement and repair needs within the MD’s office and other assigned areas, and prepare requisitions for approval. Ensure effective coordination between security personnel and internal staff to maintain a safe and controlled working environment. Other Tasks: You will be assigned to collaborate with other team members as required or might be asked to perform task within the workspace but outside your role.
