Résumé du poste
Le/la HR Specialist assure un soutien RH opérationnel dans les domaines du recrutement, de la gestion des dossiers des employés, de la gestion de la performance, de la conformité, de l'engagement des employés et de l'administration RH, tout en garantissant une prestation efficace des services RH.
Responsabilités principales
Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et la documentation RH. Soutenir les activités de recrutement, d'intégration et d'induction. Coordonner les processus d'évaluation de la performance. Participer à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures RH. Soutenir les initiatives d'engagement des employés. Préparer des rapports RH et des statistiques sur les effectifs. Assurer la conformité avec le droit du travail et les politiques de l'entreprise. Répondre aux demandes des employés liées aux RH. Coordonner la gestion des congés et la documentation des employés. Soutenir les projets RH et les initiatives d'amélioration continue.
Qualifications & Expérience
Licence en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe. Expérience générale pertinente en RH. Une expérience dans le secteur manufacturier est un atout supplémentaire.

Administration RH, souci du détail, compétences en communication, résolution de problèmes, confidentialité, maîtrise des systèmes RH, travail d'équipe.
