Le/la Compensation Supervisor est responsable de l'administration des programmes de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux de l'entreprise, garantissant des pratiques de rémunération compétitives, la coordination de la paie et la conformité aux exigences légales.
Missions
Administrer les programmes de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux. Effectuer des analyses comparatives des salaires et des études de marché. Coordonner les données de paie avec les finances. Surveiller les déductions légales et la conformité. Préparer des rapports de rémunération et des analyses des coûts de main-d'œuvre. Soutenir les processus d'évaluation salariale annuelle. Assurer une administration précise des avantages sociaux des employés. Tenir à jour les dossiers de rémunération et les données du SIRH. Recommander des améliorations aux structures de rémunération. Soutenir la budgétisation et la planification des effectifs.

Diplôme de licence en gestion des ressources humaines, finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Expérience pertinente en rémunération, paie ou gestion des récompenses. Expérience de l'utilisation de systèmes de paie indispensable.
Compétences
Analyse de la rémunération, administration de la paie, analyse de données, précision numérique, confidentialité, compétences avancées en Excel, connaissance des réglementations légales.
