Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. Organize and store items in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling, rotation (e.g., FIFO), and protection from damage or theft. Issue materials, tools, and equipment to authorized personnel, documenting all issues and returns. Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts to prevent shortages or overstocking. Keep the store area clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Prepare and submit regular stock reports to management, highlighting slow-moving or expired items.
