Responsabilités :
Réceptionner, inspecter et enregistrer toutes les marchandises, matériaux et fournitures entrants, en veillant à ce qu'ils correspondent aux bons de commande et aux notes de livraison. Tenir à jour des registres d'inventaire physiques et numériques précis, en effectuant des comptages de stock réguliers et en réconciliant les écarts. Organiser et stocker les articles dans des emplacements désignés, en assurant un étiquetage approprié, une rotation (par exemple, FIFO) et une protection contre les dommages ou le vol. Délivrer les matériaux, outils et équipements au personnel autorisé, en documentant toutes les sorties et retours. Surveiller les niveaux de stock et générer des alertes de réapprovisionnement pour éviter les ruptures ou les surstocks. Maintenir la zone de stockage propre, sûre et conforme aux réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité. Préparer et soumettre des rapports de stock réguliers à la direction, en mettant en évidence les articles à rotation lente ou périmés.
