Purpose Support product changeovers and maintain seamless line operations. Operate, monitor, and sustain the UHF processing line to guarantee consistent, safe, and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation Operate Tetra Pak filling machinery, specifically models A3 Flex or TBA8, or comparable equipment. Startup and shutdown of machines must be executed in strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Perform aseptic production in strict adherence to established standard operating procedures to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Track and evaluate machine parameters continuously during the production process. Ensure production aligns with the established production schedule. Maintain an uninterrupted flow of products, preventing any avoidable interruptions. Production Activities Prepare machine before production. Perform package size changeovers. Responsible for loading packaging materials and caps onto production lines. Monitor filling accuracy. Verify package integrity. Monitor coding processes and ensure accurate date printing. Maintain production records. Quality Control Perform hourly quality checks. Check package seal quality. Monitor package appearance. Verify fill volume. Conduct leak tests. Reject defective packs. Report quality deviations immediately. Food Safety Follow GMP requirements. Follow HACCP procedures. Maintain aseptic conditions. Prevent contamination. Maintain strict adherence to established sanitation protocols and ensure all hygiene standards are consistently upheld. Wear appropriate PPE. Machine Monitoring Monitor: Sterilization temperatures Hydrogen peroxide concentration Air pressure Steam pressure Product temperature Filling accuracy Machine alarms Packaging material usage Minor Maintenance Perform daily autonomous maintenance. Clean machine externally. Lubricate designated parts. Replace minor consumables. Assist maintenance during breakdowns. Detect and report any unusual sounds or vibrations promptly. Housekeeping Maintain cleanliness around machine. Follow 5S principles. Dispose of waste correctly. Keep work area organized. Documentation Maintain records of: Production quantity Downtime Rejections Machine stoppages Material consumption Shift handover Cleaning records Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Production efficiency (%) OEE Downtime Product loss (%) Packaging material loss First Pass Yield Number of quality defects Customer complaints Food safety compliance GMP compliance Machine availability Housekeeping score KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS IT or Diploma qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or Industrial Engineering are required. Experienced in operating filling machines, including models from Tetra Pak, Elected, and Alps. We require a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience operating Tetra Pak aseptic filling machines. Seasoned professional with a background in beverage, dairy, juice, or UHF processing operations.
