Technician – Civil Construction Posted May 30, 2026 Duties & Responsibilities To conduct repairs and perform maintenance on the Corporation’s buildings, plumbing systems, and furniture facilities. Responsibilities include performing routine repair work and scheduled maintenance on buildings, plumbing systems, and furniture equipment owned by the Corporation. To execute prescribed maintenance schedules for Corporation facilities. To execute prescribed technical plans and designs while overseeing repair and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the fabrication process for aluminum frames, such as doors, windows, and curtain walls, encompassing tasks like hanging, beading, and marketing. To expedite the manufacturing process of aluminum schedules while maximizing efficiency, ensuring timely attainment of production targets and adherence to established deadlines. Effectively operating a range of machinery essential to aluminum fabrication—including Punch Tools, Mite Saw, Copy Router, and Pillar Drill—is a key responsibility of this role. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive daily internal maintenance on aluminum machinery, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, the incumbent is tasked with promptly documenting and escalating any maintenance issues or irregularities to management for swift resolution and corrective action. To maintain all machinery and tools utilized in aluminum fabrication processes in optimal working condition, ensuring regular upkeep and proper maintenance.
Conduct a thorough inspection to identify and eliminate any broken glass prior to the installation process. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by a supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Holder of an Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, earned from a recognized institution, is required.
